Do cats have gender? There are differences, no grades

For friends who want to raise cats, they may be entangled in whether to raise male cats or female cats. Some people even classify male cats and female cats as good or bad...Male cats and female cats are different in gender, there must be differences, but this difference is based on some physiological and personality differences caused by their gender differences. This is not the same as the distinction between good and bad. And although cats of different genders have their own advantages and troubles as pets, but honey is like honey, and arsenic is like me. For shit-shovelers with different personalities, troubles and advantages can also be transformed into each other. Next, let's take a look at the difference between male cats and female cats!

First of all, in terms of physiological structure, we can't see the internal structure of cats, so we won't go into it for the time being. In terms of external structure, the most obvious difference between male cats and female cats is that male cats have heart-shaped balls (really, even balls look like they love you), but female cats do not. Of course, this feature is invisible to cats when they are young. It can only be seen after the cat is about five or six months old (I observed it specially when I had a kitten before, but I can’t remember clearly).

Secondly, in terms of size, among adult cats of the same breed, male cats are usually larger than female cats, and female cats look slimmer. Even if the male cat does not have gills, it will be visually "bigger" than the female cat. Therefore, in terms of appearance and figure, it seems that the female cat is indeed slightly better. However, I always believe that cats, even if they are ugly or disabled, are actually cute, so there is nothing unattractive about cats.

Again, in terms of disease. In fact, whether a cat is sick is related to many factors, and has little to do with gender. However, there are indeed individual diseases that are affected by the sex of cats, which is also caused by the different physiological structures of cats of different sexes. Male cats have a narrower urethra, so they are more prone to urinary system diseases (but I consulted a doctor and said that this disease has little to do with whether male cats are neutered or not). And if the female cat is not going to let her give birth, it is best to be neutered, otherwise it is prone to uterine diseases. Because the female cat is actively in heat, the body will secrete a substance to attract male cats. If it cannot develop further (pregnancy) after estrus, it is also bad.

Finally, there is the character aspect. In fact, I personally think that the cat's personality has a lot to do with whether the cat can live in a safe environment (including the owner's attitude) directly after birth, but it has little to do with gender. But if I have to say, it is that the vigilance of the female cat is slightly higher, which may be related to the natural need of the female cat to bear the responsibility of pregnancy and childcare. But in fact, the performance is not obvious at ordinary times, but the temper of the female cat is very obvious after giving birth and during the lactation period. Be careful, don't be accidentally injured!

In fact, whether it is a male cat or a female cat, it is a good cat if it can accompany the shit shoveler, so don’t be too entangled in gender, anyway, you can’t tell the difference between cats when they are young (there are methods, but the possibility of making mistakes is not small).
